sports photography?

For me the attraction of sports photography lies in the raw energy that can be frozen into a well composed frame. There is something about sports that I think appeals to the survival instincts that we human beings have ingrained in us. It's very easy to see through to a person's character when they are pushing themselves to their limits in a competition. There is a lot of emotion and body language displayed in any sport when the individuals involved are passionate about their game.
